<li class="instruction">In a large nonstick skillet coated with cooking spray, saute the yellow pepper, onion and garlic in oil for 2 minutes.</li>
<li class="instruction">Stir in the tomatoes and corn; cook 2 minutes longer.</li>
<li class="instruction">Add the black beans, pepper and salt.</li>
<li class="instruction">Cook until vegetables are tender; drain.</li>
<li class="instruction">Spritz one side of each tortilla with cooking spray; place plain side up on baking sheets coated with cooking spray.</li>
<li class="instruction">Spoon bean mixture onto half of each tortilla; sprinkle with cheese.</li>
<li class="instruction">Fold tortilla over filling.</li>
<li class="instruction">Bake at 400° for 6 minutes. Carefully turn over; bake 4-7 minutes longer or until cheese is melted.</li>

<p>1 box Betty Crocker® fudge brownie mix<br />
Water, vegetable oil and eggs as called for on brownie mix box<br />
1 package (8 oz) cream cheese, softened<br />
1/2 cup powdered sugar<br />
1 teaspoon vanilla<br />
1 cup frozen whipped topping, thawed<br />
1 1/3 cups halved fresh strawberries<br />
1 cup fresh blueberries<br />
1/2 cup fresh raspberries</p>
<p>Directions:</p>
<p>1. Heat oven to 350° F (325° F for dark or nonstick pan). Grease or spray bottom only of 12-inch pizza pan. Make brownies as directed. Spread in pan.<br />
2. Bake 20 to 26 minutes or until toothpick inserted 2 inches from side of pan comes out clean. Cool completely.<br />
3. In medium bowl, beat cream cheese, powdered sugar and vanilla with electric mixer on high speed until smooth and creamy. Fold in whipped topping; spread on brownie. Arrange berries over cream cheese mixture. Refrigerate 1 hour. Store covered in refrigerator.</p>

<li class="instruction">Scrub potatoes; place in a large saucepan and cover with water. Bring to a boil. Reduce heat; cover and cook for 15-20 minutes or until tender. Drain.</li>
<li class="instruction">When cool enough to handle, cut a thin slice off the top of each potato. Scoop out pulp, leaving a thin shell. (Cut thin slices from potato bottoms to level if necessary.)</li>
<li class="instruction">In a large bowl, mash the potato tops and pulp with butter.</li>
<li class="instruction">Set aside 2 tablespoons each of cheese and bacon for garnish; add remaining cheese and bacon to potatoes.</li>
<li class="instruction">Stir in the sour cream, egg, salt and pepper. Spoon mixture into potato shells. Top with remaining cheese and bacon; sprinkle with paprika.</li>
<li class="instruction">Place in an ungreased 15-in. x 10-in. x 1-in.</li>

<li class="instruction">Combine the flour and salt; add to milk mixture and mix well.</li>
<li class="instruction">Cover and refrigerate for 1 hour.</li>
<li class="instruction">Coat an 8-in. nonstick skillet with cooking spray; heat over medium heat.</li>
<li class="instruction">Stir crepe batter; pour 2 tablespoons into center of skillet.</li>
<li class="instruction">Lift and tilt pan to coat bottom evenly.</li>
<li class="instruction">Cook until top appears dry; turn and cook 15-20 seconds longer.</li>
<li class="instruction">Remove to a wire rack.</li>
<li class="instruction">Repeat with remaining batter, coating skillet with cooking spray as needed.</li>
<li class="instruction">When cool, stack crepes with waxed paper or paper towels in between.</li>
<li class="instruction">In a blender, cover and process cheeses until smooth.</li>
<li class="instruction">Add sugar and extract; pulse until combined.</li>
<li class="instruction">Spread a scant 1 tablespoonful onto each crepe.</li>
<li class="instruction">Fold opposite sides of crepe over filling, forming a little bundle.</li>
<li class="instruction">Place seam side down in a 15-in. x 10-in. x 1-in. baking pan coated with cooking spray. Bake, uncovered, at 350° for 10-12 minutes or until heated through.</li>

<li class="ingredient">1 jalapeno pepper, seeded and chopped</li>
<li class="ingredient">2 teaspoons ground cumin</li>
<li class="ingredient">2 teaspoons grated lime peel</li>
<li class="ingredient">1/2 teaspoon garlic salt</li>
<li class="ingredient">2 garlic cloves, minced</li>
<li class="ingredient">10 boneless skinless chicken breast halves (4 ounces each)</li>

<li class="instruction">In a 4-cup measuring cup, combine the first nine ingredients.</li>
<li class="instruction">Pour 2 cups into a large resealable plastic bag; add chicken.</li>
<li class="instruction">Seal bag and turn to coat; refrigerate for 2-4 hours.</li>
<li class="instruction">Cover and refrigerate remaining marinade for basting.</li>
<li class="instruction">Drain and discard marinade.</li>
<li class="instruction">Using long-handled tongs, moisten a paper towel with cooking oil and lightly coat the grill rack.</li>
<li class="instruction">Grill chicken, covered, over medium heat or broil 4 in. from the heat for 4-6 minutes on each side or until a meat thermometer reads 170°, basting frequently with the reserved marinade.</li>
